Bounced email messages can occur when addresses are entered incorrectly, or if the recipient's spam filter is triggered.

Failed delivery indicators (hazard icon) let you know when emails have bounced, allowing you to follow up with the intended recipient.

Applicants

Failed delivery indicators are visible within the Applications table. Click on Applications to view the table.

Residents

Failed delivery indicators are visible within the Residents table. Click on Residents to view the table.

Site Staff
