When service requests are scheduled, residents are sent an automated notice of entry if they have opted into maintenance notifications. For residents who have not opted into notifications, you can automate the creation of a task on tickets that will remind your team to serve a paper notice to the residents.

Steps

  1. Turn on Task Auto-Creation
    Navigate to Automation → Property Options and toggle the Auto Create Tenant Notice Task on Tickets setting to On.

  2. Save Your Settings
    Click the Update Preferences button. A task reminding site teams to send a paper notice will appear on tickets for units where residents have not opted into maintenance communications.
