Once created, all maintenance tickets can be downloaded as PDF documents and printed. You can also generate reports for multiple completed work orders.

Steps for Printing Individual Tickets

  1. Navigate to Your Ticket
    From the menu, navigate to Maintenance → Tickets and find the ticket you want to print.

  2. Generate and Save PDF
    Click the Generate PDF button located near the top of the ticket details drawer. A PDF will open in a new browser tab. You may now save or print the ticket.

Generating Reports for Completed Work Orders

  1. Log into the Platform
    Access your HappyCo, Manage, or Insights modules with your credentials.

  2. Apply Filters
    Use the available filters to select your specific property and the date range for the completed work orders you want to include.

  3. Export the Report
    Look for an Export or Generate Report option, which typically allows you to download in CSV or PDF format.

  4. Note on Limitations
    Be aware that:
    • Default reporting might be limited to recent periods (e.g., last 3 months)
    • You may need to adjust filters or settings for full date coverage
    • If built-in reporting is limited, consider using the 'Print View' feature, exporting the list and formatting separately, or submitting a support ticket for extended reporting options
