Documents related to a resident can be stored on their lease and accessed by the residents of the unit and your team.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Your Unit
    From the menu, navigate to Rent Roll and find the lease to which you want to add a document.

  2. Go to the Options Tab
    Click the Options tab.

  3. Add Document
    Click the Click to Add Document button or drag a document into the box surrounding the button.

  4. Add Document Information
    Select a type from the Document Type input, then select a sub-type from the Document input. If you selected Other, you can type your document name.

  5. Save Your Progress
    Click the Add button. The document is now saved and can be viewed by site team members and residents.
