Documents related to a resident can be stored on their lease and accessed by the residents of the unit and your team.
Steps
- Navigate to Your Unit
From the menu, navigate to Rent Roll and find the lease to which you want to add a document. - Go to the Options Tab
Click the Options tab. - Add Document
Click the Click to Add Document button or drag a document into the box surrounding the button. - Add Document Information
Select a type from the Document Type input, then select a sub-type from the Document input. If you selected Other, you can type your document name. - Save Your Progress
Click the Add button. The document is now saved and can be viewed by site team members and residents.
