When an application is submitted via a generic application link you can decide if they will be automatically assigned or if they will remain a pending state.

When enabled, automatic assignment randomly selects a leasing agent from a property's team and assigns the application to them.

When disabled, generic applications will remain in Pending Assignment status until claimed by an available agent.

Steps

1. Open Automation
   From the header, click the Gear icon and select Automation.
   
   
2. Navigate to Delayed Unit Assignment Preferences
   Open Company Preferences and navigate to Automatically Assign Generic Applications. Enable the toggle.
   
   
3. Save Your Progress
   Scroll the bottom of the page and click the Update Preferences button. Generic applications will now be automatically assigned to agents.
