When a resident accidentally misses or deletes a Resident Portal invitation, it may be necessary to resend it.
Note: Email clients can occasionally tag Resident Portal invitation emails as spam. Before resending an invitation, ask the resident to check their spam folder.
Steps
- Find the Resident
From the menu, select Residents and find the resident who you wish to re-invite. They should have a status of Invited. Click on the resident. The resident's details will open in a drawer. - Send an Reminder
At the top of the drawer, click the Remind button. An email invitation will be resent to the resident.
