When a resident accidentally misses or deletes a Resident Portal invitation, it may be necessary to resend it.

Note: Email clients can occasionally tag Resident Portal invitation emails as spam. Before resending an invitation, ask the resident to check their spam folder.


  1. Find the Resident
    From the menu, select Residents and find the resident who you wish to re-invite. They should have a status of Invited. Click on the resident. The resident's details will open in a drawer.

  2. Send an Reminder
    At the top of the drawer, click the Remind button. An email invitation will be resent to the resident.
