Residents are assigned statuses that reflect their participation in the Resident Portal. Read on to learn the different statuses and what they mean.

Status Description
Missing Email There is no email on file for the resident.
Not Invited The resident has not been invited to the Resident Portal.

An invitation is queued to send to the resident.

Invited The resident has received an invitation email.
Active The resident has registered and logged into the Resident Portal.
Inactive The resident no longer has an active account.
