Residents are assigned statuses that reflect their participation in the Resident Portal. Read on to learn the different statuses and what they mean.
|Missing Email||There is no email on file for the resident.|
|Not Invited||The resident has not been invited to the Resident Portal.|
An invitation is queued to send to the resident.
|Invited||The resident has received an invitation email.|
|Active||The resident has registered and logged into the Resident Portal.|
|Inactive||The resident no longer has an active account.|
