Residents are assigned statuses that reflect their participation in the Resident Portal. Read on to learn the different statuses and what they mean.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Missing Email | There is no email on file for the resident. |
| Not Invited | The resident has not been invited to the Resident Portal. |
| Inviting |
An invitation is queued to send to the resident. |
| Invited | The resident has received an invitation email. |
| Active | The resident has registered and logged into the Resident Portal. |
| Inactive | The resident no longer has an active account. |
