The duplicate resident dashboard helps consolidate residents with multiple instances into one account. Email is considered a unique identifier, and duplicates are based on users with the same email address.
Note: The Duplicate Residents Dashboard is only available to customers with an active PMS integration.
Steps
- Navigate to the Dashboard
Click on Dashboard from the menu. - Open the Duplicate Residents Dashboard
When the Dashboard loads, click on Duplicate Resident Dashboard. - Manage Possible Duplicates
Possible duplicates will display side-by-side. You have two options:
- Merge Duplicates
Click the These are the Same People button to merge the two accounts. - Update an Email Address
Click the Modify Email button to update an email address. The system will now identify these two accounts as separate people.
