The duplicate resident dashboard helps consolidate residents with multiple instances into one account. Email is considered a unique identifier, and duplicates are based on users with the same email address.

Note: The Duplicate Residents Dashboard is only available to customers with an active PMS integration.


  1. Navigate to the Dashboard
    Click on Dashboard from the menu.

  2. Open the Duplicate Residents Dashboard
    When the Dashboard loads, click on Duplicate Resident Dashboard.

  3. Manage Possible Duplicates
    Possible duplicates will display side-by-side. You have two options:

    1. Merge Duplicates
      Click the These are the Same People button to merge the two accounts.

    2. Update an Email Address
      Click the Modify Email button to update an email address. The system will now identify these two accounts as separate people.
