It's a good idea to send regular reminders to residents with overdue payments. Enabling late payment emails will send up to three notifications.
Steps
- Navigate to Automation
Click on Settings (gear icon) in the header and select Automation. The Automation page will load. - Enable Rent Late Payment Emails
Navigate to Rent Late Payment Emails and enable the toggle. - Configure Notification Schedule
You can configure three notifications to be sent 1-5 days after rent is due. - Save Your Work
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update Preferences button.
Note: The system will send up to three notifications. The remaining scheduled emails will not be sent if a resident makes a payment.
