• To create a new Incident click the New Incident button on the top right area of the screen


  • This will open a right side drawer where the following information can be captured:
  • Incident type: A dropdown list of Incident categorisations that allows to trigger the capture of additional information if needed, once the initial incident draft is created.



    • Title: A descriptive title for the incident being recorded. This field is required to be populated.
    • Detailed description: Use this field to record as many detail as possible about the Incident. This field is required.
    • Where did it take place?: This is a multi selection dropdown list populated with all the Units & Areas existing in the selected Property, the Property itself can be selected if the area where the incident has occurred has affected the entire property or if the specific area where it occurred is not registered as a common area.
    • Date Occurred: Date in which the Incident was reported as of taking place. This field defaults to Today’s date and is a required field. Validations exist to prevent the Date occurred to be any date after today’s date.
    • Approximate Time (Occurred): Approximate time that the incident has been reported as taking place. This is a required field. Its default value is the current time.
    • Date Reported: The date you were notified of this incident. Is not possible to select a date further than today’s date in this field. It will contain a value of Today by default.
    • Approximate Time (Reported): Approximate time that the incident has been reported at. This is a required field. Its default value is the current time.

  • Once all the information has been populated click on Create Incident to complete the action
  • The side drawer will be closed and the Incidents list will be refreshed to show the new entry
  • If you do not want to proceed with the incident creation, you can click the Cancel button on the bottom left or the close icon on the top right corner of the side drawer.
