To view Incident Details and add Contacts, change the Incident Status, Attach files or fill in additional information required by your incident:

  • Select the Property the incident has been created for
  • Navigate to the Incidents area
  • Find the incident you want to navigate by scrolling through the list, and/or using any combination of quick filters, filters, sorting and search.
  • Click on the row that corresponds to your incident.

Incident actions (from Details page)

To perform actions on your incident on the Details page:

  • Locate the ellipsis button on the top right corner of the Incident Details area
  • Click the Ellipsis button, from here you will have access to the same actions presented in the Incidents List view
