Throughout a lease, a resident will progress to several different statuses. The table below breaks down what each status means and what causes the status to appear.

| Missing Email | There is no email on file for this resident. |
| Not Invited | The resident has not yet been invited to the resident portal. |
| Inviting |
The resident invitation is queued for delivery. |
| Invited | The resident has received an invitation. |
| Active |
The resident has completed portal registration and has logged in. |
| Inactive | The resident no longer has an active account. |
