I'm not finished with my Unit Walk (or Lease File Audit) but I want to generate the final reports now. Is it okay to do generate them now even though they aren't really complete?

Absolutely! You can generate your reports at any time. Doing this won't hurt anything. By marking the DD/LFA as "complete" the first time, you are just pulling all current data into the reports. If something is missing in your reporting or if corrections need to be made, go ahead and make your changes and generate the reports again by clicking on the Regenerate Reports button on the Orders page.

It's been a while, and I went back to the Google Drive folder that my reports were in, but they're gone. What happened?

Sixty (60) days after your reports were generated last, they will automatically "expire" and will no longer appear in the Google Drive folder. We recommend saving your reports on a personal, secure drive if you want to access them later. However, if you forgot to save all is not lost! Submit a request and let us know you need access to the reports for (Property Name) again and we can regenerate them manually on our end.

I need to make a change to my Unit Walk Template, what do I do?

Feel free to make edits to your Template as your Template as needed. It's important to note that if you are adding a new Section to the Template, your Outlines will need to be updated as well. If you're not sure how to do this, please submit a request so the team can assist you.

I need to make a change to my Unit Walk Template, but the walk has already started, what now?

Unfortunately, if the walk has already started, any changes that you make to your Template will only affect units that are still listed as Scheduled. Any Template edits will not be reflected for units that are Incomplete or Completed. We highly recommend checking your Template before the walk is scheduled to start to make sure you're happy with it and that nothing is missing.
