Overview

This error shows up when the HappyCo Service Request interface has not been enabled for a property in Yardi, so work orders for that property can’t sync between HappyCo and Yardi.

What you’ll see in HappyCo:

“Interface HappyCo Service Request is not Configured for property”

How to fix it

A Yardi Administrator needs to give the HappyCo Service Request interface access to the affected property in Yardi.

Yardi menus and page names can vary depending on your Yardi version. If a screen below looks different or you can’t find it, contact your Yardi support representative.

Step 1. In Yardi, open the property that needs access.

Step 2. Click Functions at the top of the property page, then select Interface Configuration.

Step 3. Select Service Request.

Step 4. Under Available Agencies, select HappyCo Service Request and move it to Agencies Selected for Property.

Step 5. Click Save.

If several properties need access, ask your Yardi Administrator or Yardi support representative to use Yardi’s bulk interface configuration menu to grant HappyCo Service Request access to all of them.
