This error shows up when a unit’s Rent Ready date in Yardi is earlier than its move out date, so HappyCo can’t create the make ready project for that unit.
What you’ll see in HappyCo:
“availability target date cannot be before project start date”
How to fix it
In Yardi, change the unit’s Rent Ready date and Date Available to a date after its move out date. HappyCo uses the Rent Ready date from Yardi as the project’s Availability Target Date, so you can’t change it in HappyCo.
