Notices allow site teams to present and/or send information to targeted groups of residents.
The Amenities function provides site teams and residents with tools to manage and book building features such as party rooms, BBQs, and guest suites.
The Community Calendar displays events and amenity bookings for any property accessible to a site team member. Calendar also contains tools to create building events, notify residents, and accept RSVPs.
Parcel Delivery allows site staff to track packages and notify residents of their delivery.
Promotions allow site teams to post in-house and third-party offers to the Resident Portal.
Surveys provide a simple way to create and send surveys to residents.
Visitors allows your concierge desk staff to track upcoming and current visitors to a building and to notify residents of their arrival.
Logs provide your team with a means of documenting and reading shift information.
