Maintenance tickets contain all details necessary for understanding a service request's lifecycle. To access a ticket, navigate to Maintenance → Tickets within your menu.
Information is segmented across four tabs:
Basic details entered during ticket creation and service are stored here.
Tickets can be further divided into tasks. These tasks can be viewed and managed from this tab.
If Units within Property has been selected under Property Options, all residents of the unit are listed. Detail pages for each resident can be accessed through this list.
Start a Conversation
A conversation thread for the maintenance ticket is visible here. Comments left by residents and site teams are visible and sequenced based on the date and time they were made.
To add a new comment, enter your message into the Comment input and click the Post button.
Note: Comments are visible to all residents of the selected unit.
The date and time of all ticket actions are visible in a list in reverse chronological order.
