Adding rooms that are separate from units can help you achieve better reporting accuracy. 

Rooms are shown in the Maintenance section during ticket creation and are displayed under Rooms owned by Property.

Steps

  1. Open a Property
    Click on Properties in the menu. Find the property to wish to edit and click Options
    Edit Property.

  2. Add Room
    From the property details page, scroll to the  Property Owned Rooms section and click the Edit button. From the Rooms page, click the Add Room button.
  3. Enter Room Details
    Enter details into the form, including Room Type and Name.

  4. (Optional) Add Internal Rooms
    To add internal rooms, click the Add Internal Room button and enter the necessary data. Click the Next button to return to the Rooms page.

    Save Your Progress
    Once you're done, click the Save button to save your work.
