One-time and recurring charges can be added directly to leases through ancillary items.

Note: Additional charges cannot be created for customers with an active PMS integration. Charges should always be initiated from the PMS.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Lease
    From the menu, click on Rent Roll and find the lease you wish to edit. Click on the lease. It will open in a drawer.

  2. Add Ancillary Item
    Under Ancillary Items, click the Add Additional button. A modal will appear.

  3. Configure the Charge
    From the Ancillary Item Type input, select Other. Add the charge amount and applicable deposits. Then select the start date and frequency for the charge.

  4. Save Your Progress
    Click the Next button on the modal. The charge will now appear on the lease.
