Whoops! With all those passwords to remember, it's not uncommon for applicants and residents to forget their passwords. Don't worry. We've got you covered.

Steps

  1. Click on Forgot Password
    From the login page, click on the Forgot your password? link.

  2. Enter Your Email Address
    Enter the email address of your account in the Email input.

  3. Click the Reset Button
    Click the Reset button.

  4. Check Your Inbox
    An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Click the Change my password link.

    If you are unable to receive the password reset email at the email address associated with your account, first ensure that you have entered the correct email address. If the email address is correct, check your spam or junk folder to see if the password reset email has been filtered there. If you still cannot find the email, you may need to request a new password reset from the login page of the application.

  5. Enter and Repeat Your Password
    Enter a new password into the Enter Password input. Then enter the same password into the Repeat Password input.

    Your password must contain:

    • 8-16 characters

    • At least one number

    • One uppercase letter

    • One lowercase letter

    • One special character !@#$%&*()

  6. Save Your Password
    Click the Update Password button. When the success message appears, click the Back to Login button and log into your portal.

Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues

If you are unable to receive the password reset link for the HappyCo Resident Portal, first ensure you have entered the correct email address associated with your account. Then, check your email's spam or junk folder in case the reset link was filtered. If you still do not see the email, try the reset process again, ensuring you have entered your email address correctly. If you continue to experience issues, you may need to contact the support team for further assistance in resetting your password.
