Once your application is approved, a lease will be generated and sent to you (and other group members, if applicable) to sign digitally.

Providing your signature is convenient and easy. Just follow these steps:

Steps

  1. Access Your Invitation
    Depending on your preferences, you'll receive an email and/or an SMS invitation to sign your lease. Click on the Sign Lease button (email) or link (SMS).

  2. Log In and Open Your Lease
    If you're not logged in already, you'll need to log into your applicant portal. Complete the login process and under the Here is what you have going on section, click the Click to Sign Lease link. The lease will open in your browser.

  3. Review Lease
    Review the contents of the lease to ensure that everything is correct. When you're ready to sign, click the Next button to be taken to your first required signature.

  4. Add Signature
    You'll see a red box where your signature will go. Click on the box. A default signature will appear for you. You can change the contents of the signature in the box below. If you prefer to write your own signature, enable the Sign toggle, then write your signature into the panel provided.

    Click the Sign button when you're done.

     

  5. Complete Remaining Signatures
    Continue to click the Continue button, repeating Step 4 until all signatures have been provided.

    When all signatures have been entered, click the Next button.

  6. Agree to Terms of Service
    You'll be asked to review and agree to the Yuhu terms of service. Click on the I Agree button when you're done. Your lease is now submitted and will be sent the property team to countersign.
