You can configure the types of notifications you get from your property team and how you get them. Depending on which modules your property manager uses, the following types may be visible:

Notification Types

  • Building Notices: General notices about where you live, including parcel delivery information
  • Payments: Balance owing notifications, upcoming rent charges, etc.
  • Maintenance Requests: Status updates and communications about maintenance requests
  • Amenity Bookings: Updates and amenity booking confirmations
  • Promotions: Exclusive deals for residents
  • Surveys: Surveys sent by your property team
  • Notice of Entry: Agree to receive notices of entry via email

Note: For your safety, urgent building notifications, payment receipts, and NSF/account error messages will be sent to you regardless of your preferences.

Delivery Methods

  • Email
  • SMS (Delivery charges may apply)
  • Push (Mobile app only)

Steps

Web Portal

  1. Log Into Your Portal
    Navigate to the portal and log in.

  2. Open Notification Preferences
    Click on the your name or avatar at the top of the page and select Notification Preferences.

    Legacy users can find these preferences by navigating to Notification Preferences on the portal page.

  3. Set and Save Your Preferences
    Select notification types and delivery methods. When you're finished, click the Update button. You will now receive notifications according to your preferences.

Resident Portal App

  1. Log Into the App
    Open and log into the Resident app.

  2. Navigate to Notification Preferences
    Navigate to More > Notification Preferences.

  3. Set and Save Your Preferences
    Select notification types and delivery methods. When you're finished, click the Save button. You will now receive notifications according to your preferences.
