When things go wrong in your rental, you may need to report the issue to your property manager for resolution. These issues include leaks and clogs in your plumbing, electrical issues, broken items, etc. Our system is built to allow you to report and track issues so you're always in the know.
Steps
Web Portal

Log in and Start Your Request
Log into the portal and navigate to Create Service Request. Click the Create Request button. A new form will open.

Enter Details
Within the Create Service Request form, add details about the issue. Be sure to include a thorough description of the problem and add photos where appropriate. Click the Next button.

Accept Terms & Conditions
Read and agree to the terms. You can optionally consent to allow entry to your unit within the next 24 hours.

Submit Your Ticket
When you're done, click the Create button. Your request will now be sent to a site team for review. You can view your request by navigating to View Service Request within your portal.
Resident Portal App

Open and Log into the Resident App
Open the app and log in with your account.

Start New Request
Click on Maintenance from the app menu, and then click New Service Request.

Select Request Type
From the options provided, select an request type, then click the Continue button.

Select Location
From the options provided, select a location of the issue and click the Continue button.

Add Details and Photo
Add a short name and include a thorough description of the problem. Click the Upload Photos button to add one or more photos of the issue. You can take a photo or select some from your photo libraries. Click the Continue button when you're done.

Confirm Your Information and Submit
Review the information you've provided. If everything looks good, click the Continue button.

Accept Terms & Conditions
Read and agree to the terms. You can optionally consent to allow entry to your unit within the next 24 hours. Click the Complete Request button. Your request will now be sent to a site team for review. You can view your request by navigating to Maintenance within your app.
Tracking Your Service Request
Once you've submitted a service request, you can easily track its progress through the Resident Portal. The system provides real-time updates on your request, including:
- Technician assignment notifications
- Progress updates from your site team
- The ability to directly communicate with technicians or supervisors
To view these updates, simply navigate to the "View Service Request" section in the web portal or the "Maintenance" section in the app. This feature ensures you're always informed about the status of your maintenance request.
